Office Refurbishment Project
Following a competitive tender bid, we were delighted to be appointed to carry out office refurbishment works at Grovewood Business Centre, Strathclyde Business Park in Bellshill on behalf of UKSE. Two large office areas, that included various meeting rooms formed with demountable partitions, were refurbished into four equal sized office areas to be rented out by our client. Each large area that was split into two sections also had a new corridor formed with DB supply.
Works included fire & acoustic separations, new lay in grid ceiling, new floor coverings, electrical and data services from the main electrical room to the new DB board, and new doors, skirtings & architraves. As we were working in a live environment in a complex where various units are rented out as office spaces, we coordinated noisy works to minimise disruption and accessed the site via alternative route to minimise the interface with building users.

I worked with Cosmos on the internal and external refurbishment of a Grade ‘B’ listed townhouse in Glasgow city centre. The work included extensive internal improvements to services and finishes to provide speculative office space for let. We collaborated with Cosmos following a competitive tender process and value engineered the project scope and specification in line with our client’s budget requirements.
