Cosmos Projects were instructed by Scott & Co, following a competitive tender process, to undertake extensive repair works to vacant industrial unit in Hillington Industrial Estate in Glasgow.

Work included installation of oversheeting to the entire roof of the building; demolition of two old offices; and general refurbishment of the warehouse space, office and toilets.

The project was completed on time and within budget.
