New single ply roof covering; including new roof deck and structural repairs to roof carcass.

Cosmos Projects delivered  this flat roofing sub-contract package over one of the live bedroom wings of the care home.

Works comprised progressive removal of existing fibreglass roof covering and timber roof deck and subsequent replacement of roof deck covered with an Icopal single-ply flat roof membrane.

The work was completed in stages to maintain the water tightness of the roof throughout the works period.

Cosmos Projects’ first overseas project successfully completed.
