End of tenancy dilapidations works.

Following a competitive tender bid, we were delighted to be appointed to carry out dilapidations works at Harmony Court on behalf of the Landlord, Staples UK.

Works externally included cladding repairs; over sheeting of the main roof, new gutters and flashings; brickwork repairs and re-painting.

Internally, works included stripping out of the unit; preparation and re-painting of the steel frame and internal walls including blockwork; preparation of the concrete floor and subsequent decoration; and internal decoration generally.  

Our client was delighted with our project management and the finished product.
