Full refurbishment of industrial warehouse and office.

Following a competitive tender bid, we were delighted to be appointed to carry out the full refurbishment both internal and external of this 138,231 sq ft industrial warehouse and office on behalf of the owner of the property, Podium Propco 1 Limited following the withdrawal of the former tenant.

Internal works included:

  • Dilapidation remediation of the existing warehouse space;
  • Warehouse slab repairs and line markings;
  • Internal demolitions / alteration and refurbishment works, including full decoration to the office space, replacement doors and ironmongery;
  • Mechanical and electrical repair and replacement works;
  • Refurbishment of 12 Nr new docking shelters – the existing dock levellers, shelters, bumpers, and traffic lights were removed and replaced with new.


External works, included:

  • External envelope works including cleaning roof, wall cladding, windows, doors and recoating internal and external fire and personnel doors, façade repairs, replace/repair bollards, drainage repairs, cleaning concrete floors, wall and roof repairs, replace wall panels and flashings;
  • External works to the service yard (including concrete yard repairs) All AOC channels replaced, sections of tar preplacement with line markings to the car park and service area.
