End of tenancy dilapidations and refurbishment works.

Following a competitive tender bid, we were delighted to be appointed to carry out Landlord’s dilapidations and refurbishment works at this 164,782 sq ft distribution warehouse of steel frame construction with lightweight metal composite vaulted roof.

The scope of works comprised roof works including cut edge corrosion repair and power washing of gutters; cladding works including repair to impact damaged panels; decoration works including painting of steel frame throughout; electrical works including stripping out of redundant power outlets and cabling; overhaul (or replacement) of lift installation; car park works; replacement of ceiling tiles and concrete floor slab repairs. Our client was delighted with our project management and the finished product.
