My role in your project…
I am passionate about improving our people, our profile and our service delivery. My role is to support the business leaders across the group. Influencing the direction and positioning of the group, ensuring high standards of delivery and financial management together with aiding the leadership team in key decision making. My focus remains on delivering a high-quality service with a strong focus on safety management, our Core Certified promise, and compliance.
My background…
I am one of the founding directors of Cosmos Projects Group and have significant leadership and commercial experience gained over my 33-year professional career. I have construction and fit out experience across commercial, retail, office, industrial, educational and healthcare sectors.
Relevant experience…
I have a proven experience of complex bidding processes, large scale negotiation, framework and partnering arrangements, and contributes his diverse contractual knowledge in business decisions. I spent five years as an undergraduate trainee with one of the largest plc contracting organisations in the UK, during which time I qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying.

My role in your project…
My role is to ensure that, as a Business, we are providing each and every Client with the very best Service, People and Product in the marketplace. I will build and consolidate strong client, colleague and supply chain relationships, building a foundation of trust and transparency for our Client base.
My background…
Leaving University with a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, I began my career immediately, working for various contractors on projects valued from £10k to £2m. Since 2015 I have been with Cosmos Projects, starting as Commercial Manager then Commercial Director and now, as Managing Director.
Relevant experience…
I can draw down on over 25 years of experience in Contractual/Tender negotiation, Supply chain management and procurement and internal and external commercial knowledge from a wide range of past projects in multiple business sectors. I have also demonstrated the ability to forge strong Client relationships throughout my years within the Industry, as well as maintaining an excellent working relationship with our Team here at Cosmos.

I am responsible for all Cosmos Projects Group’s HR, Training, Compliance, Marketing and Bid Writing requirements.
My background…
With a legal background in commercial property and then bid management with one of Scotland’s leading law firms, I have utilised and applied a range of acquired skills and experiences.
Relevant experience…
I am very organised, have a meticulous eye for detail and communicate effectively with our team, our clients and external advisors. Having coordinated the implementation of, and now managing our ISO accreditations, I have a firm understanding of ensuring competency and quality of our service through the management of competences, operative skills and supply chain approval.
